How it works:

  1. Submit the inquiry form (titles, quantity, delivery date, budget).

  2. We send a quote + timeline (typically 5–10 business days for sourcing; longer during peak seasons).

  3. Approve + pay (card, invoice, or PO if applicable).

  4. We fulfill + deliver (ship-to-one address or drop-ship to many recipients).

Fulfillment options:

  • Ship to one location (school / office / event venue)

  • Drop-ship to individual recipients (provide a spreadsheet of names/addresses)

  • Local pickup (if you offer it)

  • Can you help us choose titles? Yes—tell us age range, theme, and budget.

  • Do you offer purchase orders/invoicing? Yes, for qualifying orders (you set the minimum).

  • Do bulk discounts apply to many different titles? Discounts usually apply to volume of the same title; mixed-title orders are quoted case-by-case.

  • What lead time should we plan for? Recommend ordering 2–4 weeks before your event/date when possible.
