Can I make a change to my order?

We understand things happen, changes can be made to your order if notified within 24 hours of your placing your order. After 24 hours, unfortunately, changes will not be able to be made.

How Long will it take you to ship my order?

It takes us 1-3 days to ship your order from the time you place it. During the holidays and other busy times, the processing time may increase to a week. We ship via USPS and UPS. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Can I pick my order up?

We don’t have a curbside pick-up, but can arrange pick-up options within 1-3 business days for New York City residents. If this is of interest, please select PICK-UP on the check-out page.

We do have POP-UP events in the New York City area occasionally and invite you to check us out if that is more convenient for you.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Right now, we only ship to domestic addresses in the U.S. We’re hoping to reach other parts of the world one day.

WHAT is the return and exchange policy?

At this time, we don’t accept refunds or exchanges.

Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock. In this case, you will have 3 days upon delivery to notify us at 18AugustAve@gmail.com about your damaged/defective item so we can handle your order accordingly.

PRE- ORDER POLICY

Items purchased on PRE-ORDER are subject t delivery between 1-2 weeks after the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at the time of purchase.

Having a PRE-ORDER item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your entire order.
